1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of facibeni.com (the "site"), operated by Bosch & Posh SRL, VAT number IT01441750450, Italy ("Facibeni", "we", "us"). By browsing the site you agree to these terms. They cover the site only: photography services are governed by the individual contract signed with each client.

2. Copyright in the photographs
All photographs, texts, graphics and the Facibeni name and logo published on the site are the property of Facibeni or are used with permission, and are protected by Italian copyright law (Law no. 633/1941) and international conventions. Unless we give written permission, you may not copy, download for reuse, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or use any content of the site for commercial or editorial purposes, including on social media, websites, printed materials or venue and vendor promotions.

Couples, planners and vendors featured in our work may share images only as agreed with us in writing, always crediting Facibeni.

3. Automated collection and artificial intelligence
You may not use robots, scrapers or other automated means to collect content from the site, and you may not use any content of the site to train, fine-tune or feed artificial intelligence or machine learning systems. Under Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and Article 70-quater of Law no. 633/1941, we expressly reserve all rights against text and data mining of the site's content. Search engines indexing the site for search results are excepted.

4. Permitted use
You may browse the site and share links to its pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the site in a way that is unlawful, that could damage it or its security, or that misrepresents your relationship with Facibeni.

5. Information on the site
The information on the site, including venue guides, journal articles and indications of availability or pricing, is provided in good faith for general information. It does not constitute an offer: availability and fees are confirmed only in a written proposal and contract. We may update or remove content at any time.

6. External links
The site contains links to websites of venues, planners, vendors and publications. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Massa, Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence.
